Cloud workspace plans

Cloud plans are priced per cloud workspace, not per seat — invite your whole team on any tier. Free is limited to one cloud workspace; upgrade it before creating another. Each paid cloud workspace has its own subscription and credits. 1 credit = $1 of AI compute at cost: what the model providers charge is what’s deducted, with no markup. Sign up at twill.ai — no credit card required.

How cloud usage works

  • Credits reset with the workspace’s billing period; unused credits don’t roll over. Check Settings → Billing for the current period and balance.
  • Free stops at its cap. Pro and Max can opt into overage with a spending limit you set in Settings → Billing; overage is billed at cost.
  • Cloud sandbox compute is included in every plan — credits only meter cloud AI usage billed through Twill. Local usage with your own subscription never uses cloud credits.
  • With BYOK (Max), model usage goes on your provider bill and consumes no credits.
